Project Desciption

Hi We need a basic application designed to handle the following Operation:

1. Customer calls at our Support Phone Number, the phone automatically disconnects and sends a sms to the customer saying “”Thank you for connecting with us, our Support Executive will call you shortly””

2. The Phone number and Time of the call is automatically reflected on our Application Dashboard. 

3. Our Support Executive can call to that Customer’s Number through his Desktop using our application.The application records the day and time of the call.

4. After resolving the Customer’s issue, our Support Executive can fill a brief detail about the conversation/issue.

5. Since my customers are from multiple countries therefore,Cloud Telephony/VOIP integration may be required.

There will be various types of logs & reports that will reflect on the reporting section of this application, but that is secondary in nature. I need a crisp & simple application which everyone can use.

Freelancers with previous experience in developing such applications will be preferred.I am open to Open Source Solutions as long as it solves my purpose,feel free to ask if you have any questions.
